Our Homes of Multiple Occupation (HMO)

Our priority would be to provide housing for working professionals, including NHS staff, all of whom will undergo thorough vetting through our rigorous 3 strike reference checks. The greatest advantage, which we believe is priceless, is our ability to guarantee rent payment every month, for a duration of up to five years if desired, regardless of whether the rooms are occupied or not. This means landlords won't have to worry about vacancies or any payment concerns. We genuinely prioritise the properties we let, and we have a deep commitment to ensuring that each property is properly maintained and treated with utmost respect. With this principle in mind, we offer a bi-weekly cleaning service to aid in its upkeep, and we conduct regular property inspections as well.
